About Napcat

We offer our mattresses exclusively on online portals such as Amazon, Flipkart and our own
website. For mattresses purchased via our website, we give an added benefit of 100 night trial and hassle free returns.

The major difference between ordering a mattress from Napcat and a 3rd party online platform is that while you order from our website, your warranty queries and 100 nights trial will be handled by us. In case you buy from other 3rd party platforms, we won't be able to assist you entirely on your
queries regarding the mattress. We will still be glad to help you in any way we can. Just drop an

At Napcat, we offer our products only on online platforms, thus reducing the overhead, transportation, commissions, middlemen, warehousing costs for every mattress. We thus transfer the cost of all such expenses as benefit to our customers.

Rather than focusing on the regular market trends , we focus on the important and meaningful innovations for our customers.

Every batch of foam is thoroughly checked for damages, cracks and has to pass the fire retardant & compression tests at our factory.

This gives us the confidence to offer you the 100 nights of trial and up to 10 years of unmatched warranty.

The softness or the firmness helps you decide what kind of feel you are expecting from a mattress, and what is the reason you are buying it for. In case your have a back pain, we recommend a mattress which has a firmness rating of more than 7. The firmness ratings are mentioned specifically for each mattress in the product page.

Payment and Shipping

We accept payments from Net Banking, Debit & Credit cards, Paytm, No cost EMI and BHIM.

We can make changes to your order, but if only your order hasn’t been shipped. Please drop an email to support@napcat.in to make the necessary changes.

The coupon codes are like special offers which our company releases from time to time and are
subject to an expiry date.

As for the Gift cards, in case of any order cancellations, the gift cards will be credited back to your
account and you will receive it in your registered email address.

We apologize, but you can only apply one coupon code & one gift card per order.

It usually takes 3-4 days to ship an order, but if you require the product urgently, then please feel free to contact us, and we will try to help to our best abilities.

Sorry, we currently do not offer pick-up facilities but are working on providing them in the future, if feasible.

If you want to cancel an order, please drop us an email to support@napcat.in before delivery of the product, explaining the cause of return.

Yes, you can. Just drop a mail explaining when you want your delivery and your time of convenience and we will co-ordinate with our delivery partners to help you in the best way we can.

Returns and Exchange

At Napcat, we offer all our mattresses with a 100 nights trial. The trial helps you make an informed decision on whether the mattress fits your needs and doesn't cause any pain or discomfort. You can try our mattress for 100 nights, which starts from the day of delivery. Typically it takes 30 days for a person to adapt to the new mattress, so we recommend that you make a decision after 30 days of use.

Its simple, just click custom size in the size option and you can enter your desired size, and the order will be processed accordingly. Please remember, custom sized mattresses cannot be returned.

Of course you can. Just drop an email to support@napcat.in, regarding the size that you want or if you would like to upgrade your mattress. But we recommend you to refer to our size measurement guide on the product page , before you place an order.

The expected time to process a refund is about 6-7 working days, after the product is picked up by our courier partners.

Every mattress accessory carries a 30 night trial , but the policy is only limited to manufacturing defects.

Warranty

All the Napcat products are manufactured with the best in class materials and perfect craftsmanship. Thus all our products are covered in warranty, which means if any problem comes up due to the manufacturing error, we will either replace it, or make necessary changes to the product.

Its simple, just drop an email to support@napcat.in, with a copy of your invoice & pictures of the mattress . We will process a return request & post inspection , we will either issue a replacement or repair ( which ever is suitable ).

Yes you can, just contact us at support@napcat.in with your mattress size and the type of mattress, since we offer removable covers only for our Napcat guardian variant. The mattress cover will be chargeable.

Coupons and Gift cards

Coupon is an offer generated by Napcat on a temporary basis and keeps changing from time to time.

Gift Cards are like cash at the bank, you can redeem any Gift card from Napcat with a validity of 6
months.

Yes you can, as soon as your reach our payment page, there will be an option to enter a coupon and gift card separately. Please remember that you cannot use 2 coupons or 2 Gift cards
for a single order.

Don't worry, just contact us at our toll free and we will issue you a new giftcard for the same amount and disable the previous giftcard of yours.

Maintenance and Hygine

We recommend that

• You rotate your mattress in a 180 degree angle every 6 months, this will increase the life of your mattress.

• Use a mattress protector, since any liquid entering into the mattress will deteriorate the foam as the years pass by.

• Whenever possible, just let the mattress ventilate. You can do this by removing the bed sheets and opening windows of your room. This will make sure that your mattress airs out any bad odor from the core.
