Napcat is the only brand offering a genuine replacement warranty. Every mattress is covered against manufacturing defects — from 1 up to 15 years — and that cover comes in two parts.
For the first 30% of your warranty period, a manufacturing defect is simply replaced with a brand-new mattress. After that, we repair the mattress wherever the defect is, for the remaining period. For example, a 10-year warranty gives you 3 years of replacement cover followed by 7 years of repair cover — no coupons, no fine print, just a mattress that's put right.

Dust and allergens accumulate on every mattress and can trigger respiratory issues. Vacuum regularly to remove particles. For spot cleaning, use mild detergent and water and let the mattress dry thoroughly. To keep it fresh, sprinkle baking soda, leave for a few hours, then vacuum.
Rotate and flip your mattress every 6 months for even wear — especially important for pocket-sprung and coir builds. Memory-foam models only need rotation, as they mould to your body shape.
Mattresses are built with precision. Avoid jumping on the bed — it can damage the internal structure, particularly spring and layered cores.
A protector is insurance for your mattress, shielding it from spills, sweat and dead skin cells. Modern protectors are breathable and don't compromise comfort. A good protector meaningfully extends mattress life.
